CHRISTMAS PROGRAM SCHEDULE  2008

December 7^th  and  14^th  and  21^st    
PRACTICE SCHEDULE

For these 3 weeks, 2^nd through 6^th grade classes will report directly to the stage at 10:00 a.m. for play practice.  At 11:00 a.m. after play practice, they will go to class.

Preschool through 1^st grade will go first to church and then to class.  The Catechism School teachers will then take these classes to the gym for practice according to the schedule below.

10:00 – 11:00 a.m.                   2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th practice in gym

11:00 a.m.                                1^st and 2^nd grade

11:10 a.m.                                Kindergarten

11:20 a.m.                                Cherubs and angels, Preschool, Pre-K

December 21^st             CHRISTMAS PROGRAM

ALL CLASSES WILL EAT BREAKFAST FROM 9:30 A.M. – 10:00 A.M.

Cherubs and Angels, Preschool, Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1^st grade will go to their classroom first and teachers will oversee breakfast with them.

2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th grades will report directly to the gym for breakfast.  After breakfast at 10:00 a.m. these classes will follow the schedule below.

11:00 a.m.                                1^st and 2^nd grade

11:10 a.m.                                Kindergarten

11:20 a.m.                                Cherubs and angels, Preschool, Pre-K

ALL STUDENTS IN GRADES 7 – 12

            All students in grades 7 – 12 will go to church at 9:30 and to class after communion.  You may eat breakfast with your parents if you attend the program. 

            EXCEPTIONS: Any student who is in the 11-12 grade class who has volunteered to help serve breakfast to the kids needs to report to the gym by 9:30 a.m.
