Directions

From the North, West, or East: I-75 South, pass Rt 4 interchange near downtown Dayton, 1-75 will snake to the right, then proceed to left lane, and exit at left lane exit, for Salem Ave. The exit ramp twists to the left, at the bottom of ramp (there is a traffice light, turn left and proceed to Monument, turnn left, cross over the lanes so you can cross over the bridge. At the end of the bridge is a traffice light, turn right and proceed to Belmonte Park North, between Dayton Art Institute and Masonic Temple. Church driveway is 4th driveway on the right (sign at foot of driveway) (First 3 driveways belong to DAI).

From the South: I-75 North to downtown Dayton, take Salem Ave-First St. Exit. Bear left at the bottom of the ramp. Cross over the bridge and turn right at the first light, and go to second left, Belmonte Park North, between Mason Temple and Dayton Art Institute. Church driveway is 4th on the right (sign at foot of driveway). (First 3 driveways belong to DAI).

Greek FestivalPlease join the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Dayton, Ohio as we celebrate our annual Greek Festival the weekend after Labor Day. A Greek tradition for both the young and old, for over 50 years our Greek festival has brought together people of all backgrounds to celebrate all things Greek: the Church, the food, and, of course, the dancing! Friday, Sept. 9 - 11am to 11pm
 Saturday, Sept. 10 - 11am to 11pm
 Sunday, Sept. 11 - 11am to 6pm

ADMISSION: Only $2 for adults, which includes a free raffle ticket. $500 cash price on both Friday and Saturday and $5000 on Sunday. Admission for children 12 and under is free.

PARKING: Parking is available on the streets surrounding the church, including the parking lot of the Dayton Art Institute. For your convenience, there is also a FREE shuttle service that runs throughout festival hours. You get curbside service from the corner of First and Wilkinson all the way to the festival entrance! We definitely recommend it for families and those who are concerned about a long walk to get to the Church grounds. Plus you get dropped off right at our festival entrance! Attractions: The Dayton Greek festival features new baking demonstrations, a cultural exhibit, live Greek folk music and costumed dance groups, and guests are invited to join in the dancing following a demonstration. Tours of the beautiful Church include a short presentation on the Eastern Orthodox faith. Shoppers in the Import Boutique will browse through a variety of Greek specialty foods, cobalt pottery, hand crafted items, clothing, religious items, gold and silver jewelry and the popular Greek fishermen’s caps. Outdoors on the north side of the Church is the area of the festival grounds set aside for families. Kids will enjoy several fun inflatables and special activities and refreshments in the “Zorba Zone.”

Taste of Greece: Festival guests will enjoy traditional ethnic specialties such as moussaka, pastitsio, dolmades,the great Gyro sandwich, and many delicious Greek pastries.
