Buildings Operations Manager 

The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church has an open Full Time position for a Building Operations Manager.  The position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the physical plant of the Church and related properties. Supervises maintenance, custodial and housekeeping staff. 

 

Requirements:

• Three to five years’ experience in facilities management, project management and supervision

• Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent experience in facilities management or comparable field

• Competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel

• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and unexpected schedule changes

• On-call availability for emergency after hours calls

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with clear driving record and reliable transportation

• Drug and criminal background check ​

Certification in HVAC, electrical or plumbing desired.
